ServiceHub is in active development. A complete privacy policy will be published before the public launch. This placeholder describes the principles we’re building to.
What we collect
Account basics (name, email, optional phone), profile content you choose to share, job and bid history, messages between matched users, and payment metadata required by Stripe for payouts. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details on our servers — Stripe handles those.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching seekers to providers, processing payments, sending job/contract notifications, fraud detection, and improving the product. We don’t sell personal data.
Your rights
You can edit or delete your profile at any time, export your data on request, and ask for your account to be deleted. Under Australian Privacy Principles you have additional rights to access and correct information we hold about you.
