Leaking kitchen mixer tap — needs replacement
The mixer tap above our sink has been dripping for two weeks and the
cold side is now seized. Looking for a licensed plumber to replace it
with a quality mid-range mixer (we have one on order — Methven Aurajet,
1/4 turn ceramic). Job should take under an hour. Apartment is 2nd floor
with off-street parking. Weekday afternoons preferred.
